P&P I want to encourage you to just buy what you want, when you want it. Therefore instead of a flat rate I have worked out what it will cost me to send each item. However if your P&P exceeds £3.00 I will refund any amount over this. (For example if your P&P is £4.20 I will refund you £1.20)

Free collection Collection is always free, I am based a few minutes from Hedge End train station. You can either email me through your order and I will send you a PayPal invoice or I will refund any P&P charges.

"Best used fresh"  Owing to the nature of most of the products I sell, I recommend that they are "best used fresh" as in time fragrance and colour may fade. They may also vary slightly in colour, shape and appearance to the images shown.

Delivery times this will vary depending on what is ordered, please allow between 7 and 10 days, if you need something sooner simply email me at indulgeandrelax@yahoo.co.uk and I will let you know when it will be ready.

Payment online secure payment can made using PayPal (you do not need to be registered with PayPal to do this.)

 

Returns Your order should reach you in perfect condition. However if you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Once I have received the item I will be happy to refund the value of the products in full or exchange them for goods to the same value. Returned items must be in the same condition and packaging as they were sent to you. We regret that we can not refund or replace any product that is opened and used, unless the item is faulty.
The customer is responsible for all postage and packing costs, unless the item is faulty.
